To search for specific authors in the collection, begin with the library catalogue Advanced Search option and change the 'Keyword' drop-down menu to 'Author'. Search the author's surname before their forename i.e. Kincaid, Jamaica
Some authors in the Anglophone Caribbean literature collections also have works represented across other collections and subject areas and also online via e-books and other online literature resources. Some works are held in our onsite and offsite stores (the Stack) and need to be requested via the catalogue.
A catalogue search on author name will help you locate these. A good example is (Edward) Kamau Brathwaite, whose works are not only represented in Anglophone Caribbean literature but also in Latin American history, Latin American social history, Latin American folklore and the Institute of Commonwealth Studies collections.
