Pre-Register for Senate House Library
Please complete the registration form before you visit the Membership Desk.
Your membership will not be active until you provide the relevant ID and proof of status:
- Photographic ID (such as a passport or driving licence) and proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement) are required.
- For certain types of membership, we may need to see a current university ID card as evidence of your status as an academic staff member or research student at your university. (If your university card does not specifically indicate that you are academic staff or a research student, a letter from your department detailing your status is also required).
- For other types of membership, proof of enrolment as an undergraduate or taught postgraduate student may be required.
